Frank Meisler's unique sculptures have made him one of Israel's best known artist. Born in Danzig, he graduated in architecture at the University of Manchester, England. In 1960 he immigrated to Israel where he works and lives in the Old City of Jaffa.

In addition to one-man exhibitions in fine galleries throughout the world, his work is on permanent view in his galleries in Old Jaffa, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and London. Meisler's major works include the "Jerusalem Fountain" in the King Solomon Hotel, Jerusalem, the Torah Shrine and Holocaust Memorial in Mannheim, Germany.

Meisler's sculptures have been frequently commissioned by Israel's Prime Ministers and Presidents for heads of state and world leaders. Dynamic in concept with hints of irreverent humor, the artist's work is characterized by a sense of movement and revelation, "the opening and closing of the doors of life."
